Protein pancakes!

Here are two easy ways to make Shrove Tuesday a high protein nutrition fest
Ingredients:
– 2 scoops of whey protein
– 1tbsp of nut butter
– 2 eggs
– 50ml of milk or coconut milk
– 1 tbsp of coconut oil
How to make awesome pancakes:
- Mix the whey, peanut butter, milk and eggs in a bowl. Make sure you mix them well, but for no longer than 1 minute.
- Lightly oil the pan and slowly pour in a pancake’s worth of the mixture- you can make them as thin or as thick as you like! Cook one side for 1 minutes, flip over, and then cook the other side for another minute.
- When you’ve cooked up a plate of pancakes with all the mixture, add sugar free maple syrup, nut butter and berries.
